Thinking of coming to visit us this week?

What should I expect?

If you arrive at around 9:30am, come join us in the main room for a song and story about mission before our interactive group Bible Study. Remember, there is no pressure here – just a group of friendly people chatting about the Bible, life and God’s love. We currently only have one baby in our group, so there's no kids groups, but we're praying for more families to join our church!

At around 11:00am we all meet together in the main hall to enjoy singing, prayer, a mission story, and a message from our pastor or guest speaker.

After the main service we invite you to stick around so we can get to know you better! We have lunch together (usually on the 1st Saturday of the month - but also on Easter Saturday April 19) where everyone brings something to share – but visitors don't need to worry as there is always enough to go around!

Remember, you won’t be met with shame, guilt, or condemnation. Our church is made up of imperfect people, but the one thing we have in common is a Saviour who loves us and wants the best for us, a Saviour who died to save us.

No matter what you’ve been through or what questions you might have, our church is a place where we hope you’ll find the love, grace, and forgiveness Jesus freely gives to everyone.

What Should I Wear?

Come as you are! We don’t have a dress code for our service, and believe that God is more interested in your heart than in what you’re wearing.

What about my kids?

Bring them!

We are committed to providing a safe environment for our children and vulnerable persons. Safe Church – an organisation of the Seventh-day Adventist Church – helps to ensure that our church is safeguarded from sexual abuse and other forms of harm. Our church upholds their code of conduct, screens all volunteers who work with children and follows a child safety policy. Visit Adsafe for more information.

What does a church service involve?

A typical worship service includes worship songs, prayer, a mission story, and a sermon from our pastor or guest speaker.

Why do you go to church on Saturday?

Exodus 20:11 says “… in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but He rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.”We go to church on Saturday because it is the biblical day which God set aside as special – a day to rest from work and worship our Creator, enjoy community with others, and serve those in need.
